Second session with Musashi:
- My cross is weak cos I bend my elbow outwards as I throw it – ‘keep the elbow tucked in!’
- My duck is weak (and dangerous) cos I bend from the waist – ‘be like a pencil’ he keeps telling me – that is, keep my torso straight and bend from the knees.
- I move too much – waste energy.
- And my back is really sore.
But I loved it. Think I’ve found a new religion.
