After a delay – some months late – I finally competed the draft of the commercial thing I was working on.

Post-script – 21.6.14
Decided to sharpen the focus of my entire life. Signed out of FB, which has reduced my electronic traffic by about 70%, signed off twitter, another 15%, and what I’m left with I can live with.
Working on a final iteration of my operating system – triangulated somewhere between busking soprano sax on Durham bridge, absorbing the musings of Nassim Taleb, and working on my allotment.
Saw Annie again at a gig tonight, first thing we talked about was Ernie, it was his birthday a couple of weeks ago, and how much we still loved him and how we both wished he’d been there. Not sad anymore, we just miss him, but talking about him keeps him with us, safe inside our memories. The three of us, closest of friends, ’til life got in the way.
The girl is still lovely, and it’s like fifteen years never passed. We promised we’d stay in touch.
